Hi ladies,
since it's almost Spring (I wish, it's December), I was thinking of a high end blush I wasn't using and I was wondering why that was. Guerlain come out with this beautiful happy glow blush one and a half years ago now, and it's been laying around in my drawer since then, since no one wants to buy it from me.
It was an expensive blush, still going for 54 euros online. Guerlain itself claims it contains capsuled diamond powder... yeah whatever. But seeing the price that may not be so far from the truth. Although all Guerlain products are ridiculously expensive.
I never like the blush because it just didn't have enough colour. No color, actually, despite the bright fuchsia spots in the compact. by the way, just like the Violettes compact powder, this blush is mega thin! I wonder how come I didn't hit the pan as soon as I swatches this blush! Very bad of Guerlain.
But when I went on the computer to check this product again, I realised I might have needed to use this blush as a highlighter, since the description is all about reflecting the light. I will try it as a highlighter from now on, even if it doesn't do much, at least someone is getting something out of this "diamond powder".
Aaah, first world problems! Too many diamonds!
x
