Food intolerance changes your eyes: what your eyes are trying to tell you about your gut and how to recognize "intolerance eyes"

I've had iron deficiency eyes, adrenal insufficiency eyes, but recently I have been cursed with bad digestion or food intolerance eyes.

I noticed a few things about my eyes after eating dinner, such as

- extreme fatigue

- glassy/uneven surface

- dim look

- oily skin around them

- wrinkles

- saggy skin

- puffiness

- teary from exhaustion

- looking like I am about to drop dead

- trouble keeping eyes open

- blurry vision

- scale-like grittiness or milia in congested pores in the undereye skin due to bad digestion of fats

I also had "mental" symptoms like headaches, drowsiness, and even feelings of doom and being suicidal (I have been dealing with this shit for months).

I wasn't sure yet what was wrong with me. So I decided to eat very lean the next day. My eyes instantly cleared up! Scary!

Suddenly I had:

- clear sparkling eyes

- even lenses

- matte skin, dry, fresh

- colorful irises

- awake look

- I was feeling better

- I had a more clear vision

- I had less headache and drowsiness

I went to the doctor and he told me I have problems digesting fat, which could explain why I have these symptoms in the evenings. He perscribed me enzymes and I do feel better after dinner now.

It's not magic and I stil a pinching sensation in my gut and gallbladder sometimes which is scary. I have to leave out a lot of foods (fish, fried foods, alcohol, coffee, tea, citrus,...), but most of these things are bad for me anyway.

A combination of enzymes and a lean diet surely helps.

So if you ever feel as miserable as me, and you recognize these symptoms, have your digestion checked.
